Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

I've changed my mind. Now what?

Because of the processing timeline, I currently do not accept any cancellations. Please send us an email if there are further issues with your order.

 

I want to return my item.

I cannot accept returns on custom orders or D.I.Y kits. If your item was defective please reach out within 72 hours of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for any additional shipping costs. For more information please see our extended policies located at the bottom of our website and order forms with further questions. 

 

I am not satisfied with my order and would like a refund.

I am 100% committed to creating a quality product you love so I hope I never hear this from a client. Please email me within 72 hours of receiving your purchase. If your item is missing something or defective we will work together to resolve the issue.

I do not offer refunds on any D.I.Y kits or custom orders. I do not offer refunds unless it is a mistake made on my part. For more clarification, please send me an email.

 

Can I exchange my item for something else in the shop?

Within 72 hours of receiving your item please notify us if you are not completely satisfied. Exchanges are not available on used, damaged, custom orders or D.I.Y kits. The Egglady's Daughter reserves the right to grant or deny exchanges on any item. Exchanges might be permitted for store credit, additional charges for adjustments or for anything of same or lesser value.

If you would like to add on or exchange your item for another piece, all shipping and handling charges are the buyer's responsibility. The Egglady's Daughter will not reimburse for exchanges. Please email us with any further questions or to see if you qualify for an exchange.

 

Do you offer payment plans?

We do not offer payment plans. All orders must be paid in full before processing begins. If you would like an estimate on pricing please visit our store or send an email.

 

Shipping

How are my items delivered?

Items take 10-14 business days to be processed and created. If you have a larger or more complex order this timeline will be extended. You can email us for an estimate.

Hanging materials are included but not attached. Your item is then packaged with protective wrap and shipped via USPS. Shipping usually takes 3-7 days depending on your location. Please include your personal contact information to receive tracking notifications.

If you chose to pick up your item(s), please email us to arrange a pick up time and location..

 

How do you figure the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs vary on the weight and material of items. Shipping minimum is $3.99 and increases based on location.

 

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

As of now we only ship inside of the continental United States. Orders for Hawaii and Alaska may incur extra shipping fees. Please email us to receive a more exact estimate.

 

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Egglady's Daughter is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom Orders

I don't see what I'm looking for. What do I do?
Our DIY Kits help you make every item perfect! Still not what you're looking for? Please send us an email if you have a custom order. Custom orders that we need to create or design will require a $15 design fee.  For custom orders we use the formula of height + length x 1.5 so a 12x18 is $45.

 

D.I.Y. KITS

Can my kids do the D.I.Y Kits?

Yes! We recommend parental supervision especially with children under 10 years old. Make sure you are signed up for notifications on future kid-friendly themes.

You will need to purchase one kit for each person completing a project. Extra paint will not be sent unless requested. (EX: Two kids and one adult want to paint some really cute signs together. You will need to order three kits.)
